Common questions

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. There's no diagnostic fee and no service call fee. You only pay if you approve the repair.

Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?

As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs less than half the price of a new unit and the appliance is under 10 years old, repair usually wins. I'll tell you honestly when it doesn't.

What does the 60-day warranty cover?

The parts I install and my labor. If the same problem comes back within 60 days, I fix it at no charge.

Do you use original parts?

I use OEM parts whenever they're available. If I suggest an aftermarket part, I'll say so and explain why.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes. I'm open every day of the week, 8 am to 8 pm.
